RE: Final Walk- Through on Grand Cove Estates
A final walk -thru was conducted on the above referenced project
this morning and the following items were found to be deficient.
Please have contractor advise as to when a follow -up walk -thru
can be conducted.

Mainline water valve at Bethel School and Wales Ct.
needs an extension.
Fire hydrant at Lot 17 needs a 2" rubber gasket on left
side 21/2" cap.
At Lot 17 the mainline valve and fire hydrant valve
need extensions.
2" blowoff in Cul -de -sac needs bronze 90' ell instead
of galvanized.
