Extension of Contract Time
Dear Mr. Doyle:
Enclosed is a copy of a letter from Buckelew Construction Company
requesting a 65-day extension of the contract time for the
referenced project. We have reviewed the request and in view of
the fact that approximately 30 inches of rainfall has been recorded
during the course of the contract as well as the occurrence of two
different ice storms, we feel the request is reasonable and
recommend that it be approved. We have enclosed a draft letter
for your use in effecting the contract extension if approved.
