Dear Mr. Lipscomb
We are trying to get started back to work on this project after losing time
due to adverse weather conditions.
Buckelew Construction Company would like to formally request an extension on
the contract calendar days (230) that are due to expire June 30, 1989. As of
the date of this letter we have been unable to work a total of 65 calendar
days and request that our contract be extended by 65 calendar days to avoid
the $250.00 a day penalty.
This project should be finished by the end of July 1989
