RE: Howell & Bullock Pavement Improvements
Attached is figure VII - 2 which is the basic plan to improve the
drainage on Howell and Bullock streets as recommended in the Halff
Report. Additionally, we have attached a crude sketch of the cross
section of the roadside swale. We would like your help in
providing us some basic construction plans.
We're also providing you with a copy of our specifications. It is
our intention to advertise this project beginning February 28,
1992, and opening bids March 10, 1992. If possible, we would like
the plans complete and available to contractors by Monday, March 2,
1992.
Please give me a call in order that I can talk with you briefly
about this project.
