Dear Mr. Conatser:
During the construction of the screening wall on Lot 25, Block D of the referenced addition, it
was discovered that the water main installed by your company was located on the lot. The water
main is in the way of the brick screening wall and will be separated form the street right -of -way
by the wall. This will limit access to the main by the City of Coppell and they have asked that
the line be relocated. According to the approved plans, the water line was to be located five (5)
feet off the side property line of Lot 25 and into the right -of -way of Parkway Blvd.
By this letter, we are formally requesting that the line be relocated into the Parkway Blvd. right -
of -way as shown on the plans. This mislocation is a construction error and as such is to be
relocated at your cost.
