Dear Mr. Campbell:
We have completed our density testing and a large portion of our water
and sanitary sewer testing. The remainder of our work is mainly located
behind the curbs. To facilitate the continued progress of the project
we would like to allow the paving contractor to begin his subgrade prepa-
ration. We will assume all responsibility for any damage that might be
done to any of our remaining utilities. We anticipate completing the
remainder of our testing in the next few days; therefore, we do not feel
that the paving contractor beginning his work now would be in conflict
with our remaining work.
