We are enclosing a copy of the City of Coppell development fee calculations for the Villages of
Cottonwood Creek Section IV for water impact fee /water tap fee associated with the irrigation
meters.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $6,700.00, and
forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Assistant Finance Director, Finance Department, along with a
copy of the fee calculations as soon as possible.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices. Copies of your receipts will help us
verify payment of the required fees for this project.

Total 10 ESU's 8 $650.00 ea = $ 6,500.00
100% due prior to Council approval of final plat.
Water Tap Fee
2 - Connections 8 $100.00 ea. = Total $200.00
100% due prior to issuance of water meters.
