I spoke with the owner of 627 Oakbend (Block A Lot 37 Oakbend Addition) about moving his fence
into the Drainage Easement that runs along the side of his house. His existing fence is about 13'-15' off
his property line and he wants to move it about 5'-7' into the drainage easement.
I don't have a problem with him placing his fence in the Drainage Easement. I told him that he would
need to sign a "Hold Harmless" letter when he obtained his permit.
