Apparently the garage area which has been converted into a beauty salon experienced some water. Staff investigated the drainage north of her residence and found very little flow. Grade shots have been taken (see attached). Since there are no plans existing to show grades and drainage capacities, we respectfully request an evaluation from an engineering perspective of the entire sub- division (Bullock & Howell). This evaluation will enable us to determine the best possible solution to the drainage problem(s) in that area. If you have questions or require additional information, please contact Per Birdsall.
