Please find attached the letter from Fox Contractors explaining crew charge time as shown on their October 6,
1999 letter requesting additional compensation for delays or~ the Sandy Lake Road Water Line project.
Please review and notify me of your findings.
I will be leaving the office around 2:45 p.m. th~s afternoon for a meeting out of the office. You should be able
to reach me on my mobile phone until 3:30 p-m- and after 4:30 p.m- (I don't expect to return to the office
today)
I am out of the office tomorrow but will call in to check messages and can have my secretary prepare the
change order, affidavit of final payment and final pay request.
