Bethel Road Drainage Improvements
Culvert from Sra. 14+55 to Sta. 15+36.7
Subsequent to our discussions on June 5, 1989, we have reviewed
the design drawings for the culvert section from Sra. 14+55 to Sra.
15+36.7 which was constructed on a flat grade. The hydraulic
gradient in that section is approximately one foot below the top of
the culvert. The difference in flow lines between these two
stations as designed should be 0.22 feet. The difference in flow
lines as constructed ig 0.01'; therefore, the hydraulic gradient will
still be well below the top of culvert as constructed. We
recommend that the grades of the subject section be accepted as
constructed.
