for additional Street Lights in Coppell Greens
I) Coppell Greens will need to provide a schematic showing locations of proposed streetlights
to the Engineering Dept.
2) The Engineering Dept. will pass the request on to Co Serv Electric for their evaluation of the
streetlight request.
3) If Co Serv finds that the streetlights are warranted, Coppell Greens HOA will need to work
with Go Serv Electric on the cost and payment of the materials and installation of the new
streetlights.
4} Additionally, according to the City of Coppell's Master Fee Schedule, Coppell Greens HOA
will need to pay a one time fee of $293.40/per streetlight to the City of Coppell. This one
time fee is to cover the initial (approx. the first 2-3 years) electric usage of the streetlights.
The city pays the ongoing electric usage for all streetlights.
5) Co Serv will schedule installation of new streetlights.
