2. Construction Progress
According to our measurements, construction had progressed
as follows (construction is proceeding upstream) on May 5:

Horizontal accuracy varies from 0.13 ft at Station 8+00 to
0.28 feet at Station 14+00.
1. Field Survey
On May 5, 1989, our surveyors made a cursory field survey
of the Project to compare the actual construction with the
requirements of the plans. A copy of the results of the
survey is attached.
