Please consider this a follow-up letter. The City of Coppell has
informed us that you are the primary contractor and responsible
for all damage claims which are incurred while.!construction takes
place at the corner of Freeport Parkway and Bethal Road in
Coppell.
The mounds of dirt piled up near Minyard's small building resulted
in a mud slide during heavy rains in January. Cable was torn from
the speakers at our small building there on the corner by the
construction area.
Smith Alarm has repaired/replaced the cable by the speaker pit.
Their charge to our company is $194.40. Since this was due to your
mud slide, we request that this bill be paid by your construction
company. We understand City of Coppell has forwarded this copy to
you, however, we are attaching another copy.
Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
