Dear Mr. Rowe:
As I stated during our conversation March 20, 1989, the Administrator
for this project is Paul Lipscomb of DeShazo, Starek & Tang, Inc.
and the primary contractor is Buckalew Construction Company. The
responsibility for all damage claims is their's.
I am forwarding your letter and invoice to both DeShazo, Starek
& Tang, Inc. and Buckalew Construction Company, and I will file
my copy in the project file as one of the items that will have
to be resolved prior to City acceptance of this project.
