Dear Mr. Morton:
Your name was referred to us by the City of Coppell. The City
is working on the streets (corner Freeport Parkway and Bethal Rd)
and have piled up loads of dirt.around that oorner.
In January we had rains and a big mud slide caused cable to be torn
from the speakers at our small building on the corner of the mounds
of dirt.
Smith Alarm has repaired/replaced cable by the speaker pit. Their
charge to our company is $194.40. Since this was due to your mud
slide, we request that this bill be paid by the City of Coppell.
