1. Rout, clean and seal cracks on drive approaches.
2. Install locking lids on storm inlets.
3. Clean out dirt and debris from storm inlets.
4. Remove zip strip around drain and concrete patch. Clean and seal joint.
S. Clean and seal joints on curbs and on all approaches.
