Dear Mr. Lipscomb'
It was agreed, with Clyde Sifford of your office and Steve
Morton with the City of Coppell, that Item 30 - Dirtwork in
the amount of $5,000.00, would be paid in full at the time
the dirt was placed.
We made the draw on our last estimate, however it was decreased
by 50%.
Please advise as to why this verbal agreement was not adherred
to.
