1. Re-evaluate the location of the 8" waterline, there is a possible conflict with existing trees.
2. Re-evaluate future edge of pavement for Sandy Lake Rd. Preliminary plans for Sandy Lake
Rd. widening show edge of pavement to be 10' off right-of--way line.
3. Visibility triangles may need to be adjusted according to future edge of pavement for Sandy
Lake Rd. Entrance sign and landscape may also be affected.
4. Review Summer Place drainage area. It shows Bellacere Addition to drain onto it (Summer
Place). Is the offsite drainage system adequate for the added capacity? Show drainage to
offsite system.
