RE: Kaye Street Drainage / Assignment Transition
As you have indicated by previous memo, the Department of Public
Works has taken over the quarterbacking of subject drainage remedy
project.
We have been getting some inquiries (e.g. Mrs. Wisener) about what
you have promised the residents of Kaye Street during your group
meeting, etc.
While we can respond on current events about this project, it is
difficult for us to respond about specifics such as how they have
their yard cleaned up, what will the people on Spanish Moss do now?
Please forward relevant correspondence that would help us out in
this dilemma so we will be able to fully respond to these citizens.
You be the judge, but it may help to provide us a briefing or
summary minutes relating the background and promises these people
have received. If we tell them only what's going on from our
limited knowledge perspective, one could see their continued
expectation won't be met.
Whatever you can do to assist us in this venture will be
appreciated. Thank you.
