On Friday, January 26, 1990, we received the executed contracts for
Ron Morrison's, Kim1ey-Horn services on the Kaye street evaluation
performed.
We distributed one original to the City Secretary, one to Ron
Morrison and one to the Public Works Department's file. Likewise,
we filed all tickler items except my last response memo dated
January 15, 1990 (copy attached) to be used for the beginning of
the future tickler packet. All previous materials are filed in the
central file.
On Monday, January 29, 1990, we received copies of the letters
written by Mr. Ratliff and Mr. Welch to the Design Engineers,
Schrickel, Rollins and Associates, Inc.. It was at a meeting
between Mr. Ratliff and Mr. Welch on January 15, 1990 (10:30 a.m.)
that it was determined to write those letters.
As we discussed, Mrs. Wisner wants to be kept abreast of events on
this matter. Building Inspections are now referring all calls to
Public Works (Some inquiries deal with Dale's previous letter and
promises and I am aware of neither).
