Dear Mr. Peeples:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the second plan submittal for the referenced project.
The plans as submitted are generally in accordance with our requirements. However,
prior to submitting plans for approval to begin work, the city must have an executed copy
of the agreement with Atmos Energy and any required fees due at this time should be
paid. A detailed fee assessment is being sent under separate letter.
Once these comments have been addressed, you should submit the necessary number of
plans for your contractor, plus the city's three copies to be stamped and signed by the City
Engineer prior to construction beginning.
