Also enc osed is a copy of the as-built drawings of the project as you requested. As the project was completed entirely in accordance with the da submitted for this LOMR, we are now requesting a revision to the effective IS, FBFM, and FIRM. Our initial comments relating to the 5 items requested for a map revision in the LOMR are as follows: 1. As the portion of the project that is in the floodplain wi I be dedicated as City of Coppell park land, we are under the impressi n the City of Coppell will write this letter regarding maintenance. 2. As-built drawings are included herewith. 3. As-built conditions are identical to the modeled conditions for the LaMA. It is our opinion that the models already presented sho Jd satisfy this request. 4/5.
