RE: Drainage on Kaye Street
Due to Dale Jackson's maternity leave, we have been unable to
follow up with Ginn Engineering regarding the Kaye Street drainage
problems.
The attached letter has been sent to Ginn Engineering requesting
their help in resolving the drainage matter. The letter also
states that the City's position regarding payment to Ginn for work
done is that the City already paid for the review of the area
drainage in February, 1988; therefore, the City expects Ginn to
review the situation, in order to resolve the drainage problem, at
no additional ch~ge to the City.
