RE: Kaye Street Drainage Problems
Dear Mr. Ginn:
On February 9, 1988, you sent as built drawings to me that
indicated lot elevations that were needed to provide positive
drainage for lots located between Kaye Screet and Spanish Moss
Court. As suggested in your letter, we have verified that the
final lot grading complies with the as built drawings. We verified
compliance by requiring a letter from a stat~ registered surveyor
stating that the final elevations do conform with the as built
plans.
Even though we have verified compliance with the as built drawings,
we have continued to receive complaints from the residents along
the north side of Kaye street regarding drainage problems, it
appears that the as built drawings that you forwarded to me do not
provide for adequate drainage.
Please review the drawings again, and whatever else may be
necessary to determine the cause of the inadequate drainage, and
provide recommendations to correct the drainage problem.
If you have an_v questions, feel free to call me at 462-9010.
Sincer~,ly, _
