Dear Mr. Sorrell:
Steve Morton has confirmed that the existing 16" water line was
concrete encased at Station 0+35, thus requiring the connection
being moved to station 0+29. As a result of this extra work, we
agree to increase item 31 by 6 L.F.
The 16" water line as bid was profiled complete with beginning and
ending stations. On this basis, a quantity increase for item 31 for
pipe slope will not be allowed.
