As I notified your offices and/or we discussed yesterday
subject development must coordinate it's design and
construction with the Dallas County Public Works Department
(I've heard they are not.)
If there are design conflicts, then their engineers must
resubmi t a new design for review and approval. (This is
true on any approved set of plans). We appreciate your
assistance through your communication with the permittees
in your permitting proccess.
