Upgrading 2 controllers @ price of$750.00 each to total of$1500.00 per City of
Coppellletter dated December 5th signed by Mr. Keith Marvin.
One additional Arrow @ $135.00 and one additional word @ 165.00, also 80~ of 4"
thermo @ $4.00 per foot to total of $320.00. Please let me if you want to include these
changes to change order # 3 or we can just add it to locations.
