Freeport Parkway/Bethel Road Drainage ImProvements
In regard to the 15 day extension concerning the opening of Freeport
Parkway, this was the decision of the Contract Administrator, Clyde
Sifford, after discussions with the Chief Public Works Inspector,
Steve Morton.
There have been 8 rain days since the project began November 14, 1988.
The contractor had severe problems getting their density requirements
due to the rain experienced in the area of Freeport.
