Dear Wayne:
Please accept this letter as a formal request for us to remove existing
vegetation and start placing compacted fill on Parkview Addition.
We plan to bring this site to the required elevation above the 100
year flood and estimate the necessary fill required to be approximately
25,000 C.Y. or an average fill 1.1' over the entire site. Placement
of fill will be in accordance with the City of Coppell specifications
for compaction and our rough grading plans to allow a minimum amount
dirt moving whenever plans are completed and accepted by the City
of Coppell. The urgency for this request is based on select material
being available at this time from other sources with a short time
to exercise our option.
