Re: Staples Expansion -Site Plan Submittal
In our meeting in your office on April 16th, we discussed the differences with the new
Site Plan for the above mentioned project, which will be electronically submitted on April
18th, to the Site Plan that was previously submitted.
The differences are outlined as follows:
1. Development of the project is less intense -deleted 42,000s.f. from the
proposed building expansion (148,000s.f. in lieu of 190,000s.f.)
2. The overall architecture of the expansion will remain the same as the existing
building.
3. Due to the decrease in building square footage, the parking count will be
increased to alleviate the congestion on Northpoint Drive.
4. Deleted the proposed Northernmost entrance from Northpoint Drive -all
entrances to the site will remain the same.

on another great project in the City of Coppell.
