Excavation operations along Bethel Road currently do not appear in
compliance with the project trench safety plan. We have observed
the following:
1. Vertical cuts with no sideslopes.
2. Excavation situated directly against these cuts.
Please furnish us documentation that you are in compliance with the
approved Trench Safety Plan.
