City Water Usage through Minyard's Distribution
Fire Line Meters~¥"?77 Freeport
Per our conversation on the telephone this date, I' informed you
that water was 'used out of the above mentioned meters by the
contractors of the Bethel Rd. Drainage Improvements project. In
prior preconstruction meetings the City had agreed to furnish
the water used on the project. Therefore, I have taken the
readings from the'meters, and Ii§ted the consumption below.
Meter # Readin8 Before Readin8 After Consumption
# 1448 4173 4556 38,300
# 1971 -,".~,.~ 6831 9689 258,800
Additionally, while constructi6n was taking place a meter valve
was left on, causing the meter to run backwards, therefore, causing
the mete~if+number PO subtract digits.
I have also listed the meter number and the reading that was
taken after the problem 'wad ~orrected.
Meter # Reading
28150699 477037
Please adjust th& .billing for these three accounts so that Minyards
will not be billed for this water consumption.
If you have any questions re~arding this matteC', please advise.
