Please accept this letter as Food Lion, Inc.'s request to
eliminate the required stabilization from the pavement subgrade
within the project limits. This request is a result of
recommendations in the Geotechnical Report (see attached) which
indicate no stabilization of subgrade beyond compaction and
moisture content requirements.
