Dear Mr. Sorrell:
Change Order No. I includes a special detail requiring additional
reinforcement of pipe-to-structure connections. The bottom of the
box has been poured at the above location without the required
additional reinforcement.
In lieu of removing the work, we will require that the additional
reinforcement be field welded to ,the existing culvert steel as shown
on the attached sketch.
