Steve, I have received and reviewed C.O. #1 proposal as of this
date. I have no problem with this change. · The detour notification
dates reflects the additional time it will take to pour-in-place
in lieu of precast. I anticipated this when I put the fees for
testing estimate together. I believe all basis are covered going
in. Thank you.
