RE: Walk-thru Wynnpage Plaza North, Lots 2 & 3 Blk B
1. Mark on curb IRR & DOM in blue.
2. Paint all valve lids blue to DOM.
3. Clean DC meter cans to lower fitting for inspection.
4. 1\ eed test paper work on DC.
5. Pipe from meter to DC not to City specs. No soldered copper allowed, all bronze
fittings.
6. Repair first fire hydrant so it can be tested.
7. Vault lock batch missing on lid.
8. Cannot inspect vault full of water.
9. Repair street Denton Tap at first water valve.
10. Oil second fire hydrant and work.
11. Clean dirt from last water valve stack.
12. Need to seal top of wad with plug.
