Frank, how is the geotechnical testing going to be funded seeing that
it is going to go over budgeted amount for contract administration
and testing. Will it take Council approval ~to fund the overage? Steve
Morton will be needing, testing no later than 11/21/88 or he will have
to delay project or incur additional testing costs to verify densities.
Your expedient response will be greatly appreciated.
