The owner has opted to increase the thickness of the concrete paving one inch in lieu of lime
stabilizing the paving subgrade for the above referenced property. I am attaching a
confirmation letter drafted by the design Geotechnical Engineer, Ronald Reed of Reed
Engineering Group, as you directed in our Qctober 17, 2006 pre-constnx~ion meeting for this
