8. City sewer clean-out from building not to City specs -replace
9. Mark on curb: DOM and IRR in blue
10. Replace meter cans with lazger cans for 1" meters
11. Missing 1" meter loops on DOM and IRR
12. Test DC on DOM and IRR: need paperwork
13. No PVC from meter to DC
