Russell, here is the proposal for testing 'submitted by Haynes,
Hollon & Associates for $8699.00. I have also talked with McClelland
Engineering, Inc. and their estimate is $11,733.00 and they will
be forwarding me the proposal as soon as possible.
My recommendation is since Hollon has a contract with us to be
our Geotech Representative and his prices reflect our discount,
that we accept his proposal.
We need to move on this as soon as possible, for I will be needing
density test this week. Thank you.
