Dear Mr. O'Dell,
Please take a closer look at he submittal mix designs mailed to you on August 25, 2006.
Mix # 336L1524 was rejected and replaced with mix #23601504 for the paving.
My notes rejected the mix with fly ash at your request.
We understand there will be no fly ash in the paving concrete.
