Central Expressway Suite 314 Dallas, Texas 75205 ATTN: Dwayne McClurg RE: Harris Drive Coppell, Texas Dear Sir: On November 7, I notified Mr. Workman of our intent to seal the saw joints in the above referenced project. Mr. Workman said he would have the three van-type trailers moved and also the lumber that was stacked in several locations. I told him that the people who applied the sealant would be there the first part of the week which was November 11. On November 12, I received a call from Mr. Goodwin, who applies the sealant for us, saying that there were several cars, pick-ups, trucks, van-type trailers and lumber in his way on the above project. Mr. Goodman called me again approximately two hours later and said he could not finish because the lu~mber and trailers had not been moved. I asked him to seal everything he possibly could and not worry about the rest of it. Today, I talked with Randy Flemming, with Ginn & Associates, inspectors for the City of Coppell. Mr. Flemming informed me that ali. cracks and saw joints would have to be sealed before he gave his final approval. This is to notify you of our intent to complete the sealing of Harris Drive on or before December 23, 1985. We need Harris Drive completely cleared by noon Friday, December 20, to complete the sealing on time.
