1. Three copies of the Trench Safety Plan.
2. One Copy OSHA publication 2226.
3. One copy of boring log.
4. One copy of contract specifications for Trench Safety.
We have reviewed the attached Trench Safety Plan for compliance
with the contract, Your recommendations and/or acceptance of the
plan is appreciated. Please stamp the attached documents
"APPROVED FOR CONSTRUCTION" and return two copies to Mr,
Jerry Fang of our office for distribution,
