Subject: Letter of Transmittal from Clyde Sifford, Dated

To the best of my knowledge DeShazo, Starek & Tang will be the
contract administrators for the Bethel Road drainage improvement,
and will be billing us on an hourly basis. They will review and
approve contract applications for payment and forward them to you
for final payment. Finance will provide you with a monthly
report showing the balance of the agreement between the City and
DeShazo, Starek & Tang.
