we have been authorized to issue this NOTICE TO PROCEED. Two
fully executed copies of your OWNER-CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT are
attached.
Primary contract milestones are:
1. Commencement Date - 10 days from the date of this notice.
2. Contract Time - 230 days.
3. Contract Completion Date - June 30, 1989.
