Work In Progress: DellDliton at police- s. end; piers at fire; prep to pour parking at fire; sprinkler at police. Rain
on Monday has delayed trem a few days this week.
Next Two Weeks: Pi:~ at fife; mas>nry mockup; pour paving at fire and south of vehicular sall)pOrt at police.
Concrete sequence is currently planned to pour piers at fire; then do tre fire parking and fire
structural slab at one time [Sawrday pour because of large space required for the pump truck];
then do police piers; work on police garde beam9' slab.
Dan noted that currently they are approxirmtely I weeks behind schedule at Fire and one
week ahead of scredule at Police.

proposing potential options! direaion for phlL'ling at the police facility. Sreri
noted that after a direction has been established a meeting to review temporatl)'
telephone and data service will need to be scheduled.

Temporary Parking. At the solth end of the fire parkng lot that is currently
under corstru:tion Sheri requests that a pedestrian accessible ramp be installed
until tre feW rall1' is constructed.

Site Utilities. Most site utilities have been installed. StiD need to issue
direction on eliminating urxlergrourrl electrical service to the fire addition.

4. The site storm sewer- inlet east of the new fire parlting will not be modified
at. Ibis time; modifications to collect the parking area water in an inlet and
piping system will be part of the park project.
5. Paving. An additional twoindles ofcona-ete are being utilized instead of
using lime to stabilize the subbase.
The water rmin at Slulb side of fire didn' have valves so ITDdificat.ions will
need to be made to accommodate tying into that system while stiD leaving Oty
Ha II in servK:e.
I. Roger identified that rmirtaining water service D the police facility will be
a dlallenge; that. 1hey are still working on options! specifICS of when' how
long they will need to be wilbout water for a swilchO\lCr.
2. Fire officials desire that Ibe utilities on the west side not go under the
driveway. Sanitaty is being rerouted to the south approx. 80 additional feet
Gas will be rerouted tlrough the building. Electrx: selVice options are
being investi[!llted. Allowing for a fuue genentor for the training room
was also recently identified. It WlS determined that two meters will be
acceptable, ifthit rOUE is still taken
