RE: No Parking Sign. Intersection of Bethel School Rd. & MacArthur Blvd.
Dear Mr. Patel:
This letter is in response to concerns you raised during our conversation regarding "No
Parking" signs in front of your house at l025 E. Bethel School Rd. After a site visit to the
location, I found no signs placed that say "No Parking" in the vicinity of your house.
However, state law prohibits parking within 30 feet upon the approach of any traffic control
signal and intersection. This information is found in Chapter 7.1 of the Texas Drivers
Handbook. No signs or markings are required for this prohibition to be in effect.
