KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we Chesapeake Operating, Inc.,
as Principal, and RLI Insurance Company, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto the
City of Coppell, Texas, in the sum Fifty Thousand and Noll 00 Dollars ($50,000.00) to be
paid to the City of Coppell, Texas, the payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs,
executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents.

The condition of this obligation is such that the above principal is hereby bound unto the
City of Coppell for the sum of Fifty Thousand and Noll 00 Dollars ($50,000.00) for any
damage done to City property as a result of use of various roads in the City of Coppell.
NOW, THEREFORE, Chesapeake Operating, Inc.
will pay all costs and
damages that may be incurred or suffered by the City of Coppell as a result of the use of
roads by principal, his employees, agents and assigns as allowed under the Road Repair
