I feel it is important to have the Assistant City Engineer and the Fire Marshal involved, and I can not coordinate with them this afternoon. Second, attached are the 2F-9 Development Regulations from the Zoning Ordinance. The entire Zoning Ordinance is available on-line at www.municode.com I Finally, the PD will be viewed as a whole, however, utilizing SF-12 as a base zoning, similar to the Petterson Addition would be preferable. I will contact you on Monday with potential meeting times and dates. (width, depth and square footage) 2. in a subdivided scenario with PD zoning, are there minimum lot dimensions or is it a case of review by P&Z to approve the development as a whole?
